Attorney Profile
Clayton Perry
Clayton Perry attended Occidental College in Los Angeles where he was active with workers’ rights groups, including Student Labor Action Coalition on campus. After interning at United Food and Commercial Workers local 770 and then UNITE HERE local 11 and becoming basically fluent in Spanish in the process, he attended the University of Akron School of Law on a full-tuition scholarship. In law school he was elected to student government both times he ran. After transferring to New College of California to attend a school more in-line with his career goals as an attorney he graduated on-schedule and passed the bar on his first opportunity. He has been practicing Workers’ Compensation (Work Injury Claims) for two years and has engaged in a non-stop extensive study of the field. He is on the Regulations Committee for the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association and is a regular member of the Workers’ Injury Law and Advocacy Group.
Mr. Perry takes great pride in his work. At his firm, clients are able to communicate directly with their attorney instead of having their cases passed off to someone with less training. It was always a career goal of his to make a difference for disadvantaged people and he is proud to say that he is now fulfilling that dream.
